Theresa was born and raised in St. Cloud. She is a recent graduate from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Shortly after graduating she attended Kaplan professional School to obtain her Real Estate License, while working as an administrative assistant to the Cash Team. Staying in her home town has given Theresa the advantage of understanding the demographic and market and has watched how it has changed over the last twenty years.

Having eight years of customer service behind her, Theresa is very successful and comfortable in communicating with clients and understanding their wants and needs. Theresa is in the real estate business because she feels there is nothing better than helping that newly married couple find the perfect home to start and live their lives, or helping a couple who are expecting a baby find a bigger home with the perfect room for their little girl or boy.

Real estate has many rewards, but the best reward of all is helping people and making a positive difference in many lives. Buying a new home is exciting and Theresa enjoys being part of  and sharing that experience with her clients, while providing excellent service to make sure that experience will always be memorable.
